English pattern follows Japanese pattern.

以前に公開した「フェンスにからむお花の連続モチーフ」を少し改良して、好きな大きさまで編んでいける三角ショールを作りました。

I’ve made a few improvements to the previously released “Flower on the Fence continuous motif” to create a triangular shawl that you can crochet to any size you like.

これはIGMAのアーティザン審査に提出するためにつくったもので、珍しくミニチュアが先、人間用があと、のパターンです。

I created this for my IGMA Artisan submission. Unusually, the pattern for the miniature version was created first, followed by the human-sized one.

このパターンについて

ベーシックな三角ショールをもとに、立体的なお花を咲かせました。

ざっくりとわけて、ベースとなる長編み・鎖編み・長編みを繰り返すネット上のショール部分と、装飾となる玉編みのお花部分に分かれます。しかしどちらかを先に編むのではなく、ベースを編みながら、お花をつける場所でそのままお花を編み出していきます。一度も糸を切らずに作れるパターンです。

材料・道具

ユザワヤワンダーウール 2玉弱（1玉150g / 375m）

※色合いがあう2色を選び、つなげて使いました。見本で使用した色は廃盤になっています。

かぎ針6/0号

ミニチュアは90番ミシン糸と0.4mmかぎ針で編んでいます。

編み図

基本の編み図はこちら。青い部分にお花を編んでいきます。

お花がついていない編み地はこんな感じ。このまま好きな段まで増やしていくことができます。

細かい解説は以下をご覧ください。

1段目

鎖の作り目から始めて最初の鎖にすべての目を編み入れます。

2段目

往復で編みます。鎖3目で立ちあがり、お花のない状態で2段目を編み進めると上の画像の形になります。

ですが、実際には写真の赤丸の部分にお花を編み入れながら進めることになります。

写真のところまで編んだら、

最後の長編みの足を束に拾って中長編み5目の玉編みを編みます。

鎖をひと目編み、

同じ長編みを束に拾って引き抜きます。

【鎖1目で立ちあがり玉編み、鎖1目、引き抜き】を繰り返します。

隣（ひとつ前）の長編みに移動し、引き抜き。

【鎖1目で立ちあがり玉編み、鎖1目、引き抜き】、【鎖1目で立ちあがり玉編み、鎖1目、】まで編んだら……

長編みと長編みの間の鎖を束に拾って引き抜き。

同じ鎖に【鎖1目で立ちあがり玉編み、鎖1目、引き抜き】。

これでお花がひとつ編めました。もとの長編み、鎖編み、長編みを繰り返す編み図に戻ります。

ここまで編めたら、もう一度お花を編みます。

2段目が編み終わったところ。

奇数段は長編み、鎖編み、長編み、の繰り返し。そして偶数段が【長編み、鎖編み、長編み、鎖編み、長編み、鎖編み、長編み、鎖編み】の1まとまりごとに1回お花を編むというルールです。編み図通りに編んでいくとどんどん面積が広がっていきますので、お花は2段ごとに2つずつ増えていきます（2段目はふたつ、4段目は4つというように。）

最後の段

どこで終わらせてもいいのですが、最後の段を奇数段にしておくと見た目がきれいです。見本は25段、ミニチュアのほうは21段編んでいます。

About this pattern

I’ve made three-dimensional flowers bloom on a basic triangular shawl.

Broadly speaking, the project is divided into two parts: the net-like shawl base made of repeating double crochet and chain stitches, and the decorative puff stitch flowers. However, you don’t work one part before the other. Instead, you work the flowers directly onto the base as you go. This is a pattern that can be made without ever cutting the yarn.

Materials & Tools

A little less than 2 skeins of Yuzawaya Wonder Wool (1 skein = 150g / 375m)

I chose two colors that matched well and joined them together. The color used in the sample has been discontinued.

3.5mm crochet hook

If you are going to make a miniature of this shawl, you will need sewing machine thread for thin fabric, 0.4mm crochet hook.

Sample is 87 x 45 cm

Shawl base without blossomth s looks like this. You can increase rows as you like with the same manner the chart shows.

Starting with 5 chs, skip 4, <dc 1, ch 1 in the 1st ch> 6 times, dc 1 in the same ch. Count first 4 chs as 1 dc and 1ch [15 sts]

Row 2

You will work petals over sts marked with red circle.

Ch 4 (count as 1 dc and 1 ch,) turn, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 1st ch sp, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 3rd ch sp,

Back to work shawl base.

{dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 4th ch sp, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 5th ch sp, repeat instructions in ** **, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 7th ch sp, dc 1 in the same sp [23 sts and 2 flowers]

Row 3

Ch 4 (count as 1 dc and 1 ch,) turn, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 1st, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 11th ch sp, dc 1 in the same sp [31 sts]

Row 4

Ch 4 (count as 1 dc and 1 ch,) turn, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 1st and 3rd ch sp, repeat instructions in ** **, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 5th and 7th ch sp, repeat instructions in ** **, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 8th and 9th ch sp, repeat instructions in ** **, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 11th and 13th ch sp, repeat instructions in ** **, {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the 15th ch sp, dc 1 in the same sp [39 sts and 4 flowers]

Till the end

Repeat odd and even number rows as the same manner. In every row, you will work {dc 1, ch 1} 2 times in the odd number ch sp and the center ch sp. In even number rows, you will work instructions in ** ** in odd number of {}.

Stop working with odd rows. The sample is done with 25 rows and the miniature is with 21.
